How I Can Help Your Students

I’ll work with your busy curriculum as a one-time instructor, ongoing guest lecturer, or whatever works best!  I educate on body positivity, intuitive eating, and teen empowerment.

Brain Health High School Course

Brain health is a high school course I created for students to learn how to use their brain in the most positive and effective way possible.

Students become proficient at combining the use of focus and positive language with conscious empowered movement to embody confidence, peace, and successful attitudes. Through awareness practices, they will learn to hear their internal dialogues and to deactivate negative beliefs and worries.

Students will also learn to gain awareness of their thoughts and words to help them choose their emotions and actions to feel better with their bodies and their lives.

Testimonials

“Thank you so much for leading such a powerful mindset coaching workshop on Wednesday morning! Your exercises and talking points about viewing stress positively as a catalyst for growth really resonated with the participants. Your suggestion to implement daily practices of gratitude also spoke to parents and staff alike who shared that they have begun to adopt this practice everyday since you gave your workshop. We are so grateful to you for sharing your warmth and positivity with us as we brave these new times!” - Rabbi David Galpert, Yeshiva of Flatbush Joel Braverman High School.
